Our History

Originally Brealant got its start in 2009 as a manufacturer of daily use home products sold through major retailers around the world. We learned the difficulty of registering our own brands in Asia, as we were cheated repeatedly by unscrupulous IP firms. We were forced to take on our own legal services and over time began to offer our legal services to friends. Eventually the business was spun out in 2014 and became its own stand alone business, offering IP services initially only in Asia. Over time we have slowly added more countries as our clients asked us.

Our Vision

We only provide IP services in countries that we feel we can do a perfect job and compete at the highest level. We only offer services to our clients that we do 100% in house, we are not a network of agents type of firm. If we offer our service to you, it means we have staff on the ground in that country to operate and manage the process. We focus on providing services in only the countries we can do well...
