Trademark Registrability Reports Philippines

Trademark applications have to undergo a 2-3 month examination period. The examiner will check for any issues and objections may arise during this stage. There's only 2 months from the mailing date to respond to the registrability report. A one-time extension of two months can be requested upon payment of the extension fee.
