Registered trademarks are valid for 10 years and can be renewed for another 10 years. You can start applying for a renewal 6 months before its due date. There's a 6 months grace period starting from the renewal due date if you missed filing it. However, there would be surcharge fee.

1. Fill-out IPOPHL's Declaration of Actual Use form. You can download the form on their website: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1IVF-3-l6zkjHGQiPLA6ng8umnemBMEpq/view. Take note that the form has to be notarized. You need to create a document of evidence of use of your trademark. The evidence should be a compilation of images showing your trademark being used in accordance to your registered goods and/or services. All documents should be in pdf format.

3. One you're all done preparing the documents and evidence in pdf format, go to IPOPHL's Trademarks Documents Online FIling  https://onlineservices.ipophil.gov.ph/edocFileTrademarks/

4. Select DAU/DNU in the request drop-down and check Declaration of Actual Use (Renewal)

5. Enter the application number and search your trademark that you want to renew

6. Tick the checkbox if you're a Small Entity then click Next

7. Upload all the documents and then click Next

8. Review all the details. The fee for renewing a trademark with single class is Php 1,111. There would be additional cost if your trademark has additional class.

9. Enter your details in the Signature field and Payment Information.

10. Click Submit to proceed with the payment.
