Applying for a trademark registration in the U.K. is easy. You have to be a resident of U.K. or appoint a representative like us who will register your trademark for you. Assuming you're a resident of U.K., below are the steps on how to apply for a trademark registration.

1. Go to: https://trademarks.ipo.gov.uk/ipo-apply

2. Select if you are the trademark owner or authorized person within the business or you are an Attorney or third party representative. In this sample, we will select Trademark Owner.
